Excellent service! They helped us with a portar oxygen concentrator and they were the best!
Do not use this company. Their customer service is severely lacking in support, courtesy, friendliness, and helpfulness. I called them 7 mins prior to closing. They picked up the phone, did not respond by saying anything, and immediately placed the call on hold. I hung up and immediately called back only for the same thing to happen again. 5 attempts later at 4:59 pm, they forwarded the calls to a message stating they were closed and provided their business hours. Prompt and courteous just one call and I am set to breathe
My son who will need a lung transplant in the future has gotten the worst customer service. He waited all day yesterday and the tanks were never delivered. He was in the hospital the week before last. He called Rotech on Wed. the 11th, 2025 of June before getting discharged. Set for deliver on Monday 16th 2025. Nothing came. He never received them. My son has an oxygen machine connected to the wall outlet. To walk his dog, go to the mailbox to get the mail, go to HEB io Walmart he needs a full tank. I sometimes put an extra ... read more
Trash scam nobodies. I said leaving my hospital stay that I did NOT want oxygen. Doctor said I needed it. $582 for a bottle and a machine that I used for 15 minutes total and said to come pick it up. What a scam....
