I have had multiple issues with Rotech and was going to hold off writing a review but I couldn't wait any longer as the service is not as it was originally explained. It all started off right away as I had originally showed up early for my initial cpap fitting appt back in July. The guy I was meeting with was 42 minutes behind schedule so we had to rush through my appt. That was my first issue. I arrived at 9:55a for a 10:00a appointment. I stood at the checkin window for about 10 mins. When the receptionist finally acknowledged me I told her my name and she asked if I was there to pick up a CPAP. I said yes, that I had a 10:00a appointment. She said “I will let him know”. I sat in the waiting room for 40 mins. Finally a gentleman came out and asked if I was there for his 10:30a appointment. I said no I had an appointment at 10:00a.
