Worst customer service! I hate dealing with them!!! They don’t answer when you have to call! Finally I got someone to answer and they could barely speak English!!!! Outsourced at its finest!! Stay away if you can!!

I reached out to customer service via chat and got connected with Kayla S who understood my issue right away after my doctor's office failed to correct prescription errors in a timely manner (no fault of rotech). Kayla S is awesome, she actually had options for me to quickly resolve the problem without me having to try to get my doctor to resubmit the entire prescription, which probably would've taken another month. The following day my order was on its way to me. Thank you Kayla S.
We just had Valerie deliver a new unit to us and she provided excellent customer service. She answered all my questions. She was a pleasure to work with. Five stars for her.
