This is absolutely the WORST COMPANY to deal with for your CPAP!!! That front desk worker is absolutely awful!!! I was in jeopardy several times this year about compliance with my insurance company when she just wasn’t turning my compliances in!!! This was my first year using this company and my LAST!!! I have an appointment with Dr. Eleyae (foot doctor), every 3 months. I am always looking forward to driving to Natchitoches. Not only does it get me out of the house, it also gives me a chance to get out of town. It is about an hour away. The speed limit is 75, there and back. A nice ride.
After dealing with this company for a Cpap machine I can say it's one of the worst business experiences of my life. The company customer service is the worst possible. They refuse to allow me to pay for machine in full. The machine is a replacement. I have had a machine for almost 20 years. My insurance approved a replacement without requiring a new sleep study.
