I have asked for my equipment to be picked up as I haven’t used it for a year and a half .
Horrible company. If you have any copay balance they will not send you supplies even if your life depends on having oxygen. I was refused supplies for 25 dollars balance. I started with just home unit. Later I needed portable unit again got refused untill paid balance 25 dollars. Have to realize they get paid alot from Medicare each month no matter if you have supplies. If they answer when you call usely rude. In reviews they ask you to email them about your problem but they never answer but they use email to send you bill r... read more
