I have asked for my equipment to be picked up as I haven’t used it for a year and a half .
Horrible company. If you have any copay balance they will not send you supplies even if your life depends on having oxygen. I was refused supplies for 25 dollars balance. I started with just home unit. Later I needed portable unit again got refused untill paid balance 25 dollars. Have to realize they get paid alot from Medicare each month no matter if you have supplies. If they answer when you call usely rude. In reviews they ask you to email them about your problem but they never answer but they use email to send you bill r... read more
Absolutely horrible. My CPAP went out and I needed a new one fast. They wouldn't give me one unless I did another sleep study which I have already done years ago. The earliest they would let me do a sleep study was August. I couldn't sleep. Woke up gasping for air. These people almost killed me by not giving me the machine I needed. Ended up buying one from ebay for over $1k. They should be ashamed of themselves. I advise everyone to leave a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. They were able to get us oxygen when needed. And they’re not rude on the phone. Those are the only positives I have to give. My dad has not needed his oxygen for SIX WEEKS now and this company cares not about him paying for something he doesn’t need. FYI - if your primary care provider is as bad as mine at giving a discontinue oxygen order, you can take the oxygen machine to the local office and sign an against medical advice form to turn it in and stop payment. NOBODY gave me this suggestion until I asked on my dads behalf.... read more
