Linh is such a SWEETHEART. 5 stars is not enough for her! I visited Seattle for 2 weeks and was hospitalized at UW Montlake the provider told me that I needed oxygen before I can be discharge from the hospital and go back to Texas. The RT called Linh and she made it to the hospital within the hour to answer all of my questions, gave me a portable oxygen concentrator, and set me up with the office in Texas. She is amazing and is so caring, she even follow up with me after I got back to Texas. Thanks Linh.
Jesse Lucky was awesome! Super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely knowledgeable about the products. He made everything easy, fast, and stress-free while still taking the time to answer questions and make sure we were taken care of. You can tell he really cares about helping people and providing great service. Really appreciated the experience ! Thank you, Jesse!
