I needed CPAP supplies and the folks at rotech were super helpful is getting me what I needed quickly!
These people are taking advantage of you. They sent us an oxygen tank without clearly disclosing that there would be a recurring monthly charge. After a month, we received a bill—which we paid—then immediately contacted them, spoke to an agent, and requested cancellation of the service since we didn’t need it. They confirmed it was canceled. I have no idea what I've been billed for (3x). I have no home medical equipment and I keep receiving EOB's from my insurance. When I try to get through to customer service the automated attendant says they are experiencing high call volumes and disconnects.
Sai from rotech is the best. He explained the procedure very thoroughly.
UPDATE!!! 3 months after cancelling my order, these clowns decided to fill it. The INCOMPETENCE of these people is beyond belief. AVOID AVOID AVOID. If you see the first part below here, this is a total of 5 months to process filters and tubing. Obtuse unhelpful sales staff. Have been dealing with them for 2 plus months, still no supplies. They seem to expect the customer to serve them. AVOID
