I had oxygen and supplies delivered to my house for my mother. The delivery was not only on time, but the young man who made the delivery, Jesse, was VERY pleasant and VERY patient with me as he explained how to put everything together. I would recommend Rotech for any oxygen needs my family could possibly need.

These people are taking advantage of you. They sent us an oxygen tank without clearly disclosing that there would be a recurring monthly charge. After a month, we received a bill—which we paid—then immediately contacted them, spoke to an agent, and requested cancellation of the service since we didn’t need it. They confirmed it was canceled.
