The absolutely worst company to deal with. Rotech violated the code of ethics twice by hanging up on me. My health care provider stated Rotech would call me Thursday to take my CPAP supply order. Rotech never called Thur, Fri, nor Monday. I had to call Tuesday afternoon and was scolded by the receptionist that I needed to call the correct 800# and not the Orlando main corp.
