I came in from ft worth tx and needed oxygen because I came in on a plane. The staff. I will definitely come back if I come back to town. was very friendly, and very helpful with giving me the tanks I needed. They were going to be closed on the day I was leaving so they allowed my sister in law to drop off the tanks for me on Monday which I really appreciated. Thank you so much
I would leave a zero if I could. This company is completely shady. My mom got a hospital bed from them in 2020, and had it for two weeks. They never checked it back in even though they picked it up. So, my mother who now desperately needs a hospital bed is not able to get one. I keep calling Rotech to resolve it, and they say they will call back and don’t. I'm very disappointed with Rotech in CA. We are from FL and the service there was great. I don't get any return calls back from customer service. I have left a few messages. I want to reorder my husband's oxygen supplies. It's crucial for his oxygen tank.
3rd week in a row botched oxygen delivery. Go elsewhere
I’ve called several times to try to get set up after moving to CA but no one answers the phone, no one calls back when you leave a message. My insurance provider and my nurse care coordinator both called with the same results.
