I’ve been trying to get my brothers CPAP machine for 3 months. No one ever called me or the doctors office to say the title 19 was incomplete. After calling I had the doctors office on one line and Rotech Houston on the other. The doctors office corrected the error and faxed the information back to Rotech. SUPERB customer service! I am so very impressed and appreciative of the care, concern, and time the staff spent with me in order to get my mother set up with CPAP and supplemental oxygen. Norma, Nikki,and Jeannie have been most kind and patient. They answered all my questions even though I think I unintentionally infrinched upon their lunchtime.
