My experience with this location so far has been very good, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I can't speak to the veracity of the negative reviews, but people are more likely to leave reviews after a bad experience than after a good one, especially when it comes to stuff that's not recreational. So I figured that by adding this review I'm at least helping to offset a skewed average.
I placed an order for new supplies and the supplies was never delivered even after 3 months. After nearly 10 phone calls with Rotech there is still no solution to receiving my supplies. I have receipts of my purchase and they will neither give me a refund or send supplies. Whatever you do, don’t work with this company. Canceled my service.
My CPAP malfunctioned and I was able to get a new one within a week. Mike at Rotech explained my new CPAP to me so well that I feel very confident setting it up at home even though it was manufactured by a different company. I very much appreciate what they do!
My experience was outstanding!
The service guy Stephen was very friendly and exchanged out my concentrator with a new one.. thank you Stephen for excellent service . If you have any oxygen problems, rotech is a place to go..
