this company is TERRIBLE. they have been trying to charge me for medical equipment I have never had. I have gone in and talked to them, and asked them to stop billing me. They send me a bill every week, and are trying to charge me $150 a month and are charging my insurance company $400 a month fraudulently. they have been charging this much monthly for 4 years now on equipment that retails for around $1000 total. They are scammers and are part of the health care abuse in America.

Michael went way beyond the call of duty to help me out when I needed a replacement of my P2 machine. Having even arranged a special delivery through Stephen Prange who was extremely helpful also.
Very grateful for the teams concerted effort to ensure that I received my new machine. A difficult transition with changing insurance didnt stop them from doing everything they could to help me get answers that I couldn't get on my own. They didnt give up on me and stayed congenial when I had to wait. Experience with need, longevity of care, and proper instruction continue at highest level of excellence. Thank you Rotech Silverdale. You made the biggest difference today!
A one-star review because this office violated a basic but single most important tenets of customer service: never promise what you fail to provide. If you promise a customer that they will get a call back that same day, you better make sure that customer gets that call. I had an issue with my sleep medicine physician's staff getting access to my records. I called someone at Rotech who told me that was handled by his respiratory therapist who was at lunch.
