Excellent help in working and explaining my new. CPAP
I was treated with the upmost respect. I needed oxygen immediately for my mom who was struggling to breathe and Rotech got me what I needed as fast as possible. I'm extremely happy with the service. Thanks guy's you saved my mom's life!
My experience with this location so far has been very good, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I can't speak to the veracity of the negative reviews, but people are more likely to leave reviews after a bad experience than after a good one, especially when it comes to stuff that's not recreational. So I figured that by adding this review I'm at least helping to offset a skewed average.
I placed an order for new supplies and the supplies was never delivered even after 3 months. After nearly 10 phone calls with Rotech there is still no solution to receiving my supplies. I have receipts of my purchase and they will neither give me a refund or send supplies. Whatever you do, don’t work with this company. Canceled my service.
My CPAP malfunctioned and I was able to get a new one within a week. Mike at Rotech explained my new CPAP to me so well that I feel very confident setting it up at home even though it was manufactured by a different company. I very much appreciate what they do!
