Mike did a great job setting me up with my new CPAP machine. He is very personable and knowledgeable! Thank you for caring that I get a good nights sleep
Mike is great to work with. My CPAP was setup correctly and I was taught how to use it, there were a few changes between the new machine and the old machine. Their corporate office back East is still a pain to communicate with. However, The local (Silverdale, WA) office is easy to contact and work with.
Far better experience this time around. I picked up a new ASV machine for my sleep apnea and worked with Mike, the respiratory therapist (as opposed to other Mike, the non-respiratory therapist. Mike was great, giviing me all the info on how the new machine works while having me sign more paperwork for the machine than I had to sign when I bought my house. this company is TERRIBLE. they have been trying to charge me for medical equipment I have never had. I have gone in and talked to them, and asked them to stop billing me. They send me a bill every week, and are trying to charge me $150 a month and are charging my insurance company $400 a month fraudulently. they have been charging this much monthly for 4 years now on equipment that retails for around $1000 total. They are scammers and are part of the health care abuse in America.
