Do not use these people of you value you or your loved ones health. We were made to go with them, they gave us a faulty cpap machine that was harming people, the replacement was sent and the faulty .aching wasn't returned due to the elderly person they gave it to not knowing to return old they'd had for years and thought they owned, well these people then decide to harass and call and threaten the elderly person to come and take back a completely different oxygen machine that they need to live and sleep at night, and then to... read more
They do not return calls If you're having an equipment problem, don't expect any help or even a return call. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
HORRIBLE SERVICE
Spent months getting the run-around from these people. Never received a single phone call and got different stories every time I would contact them or their corporate office. I got frustrated to the point I gave up on them and will be going somewhere else.
They have been really quick, kind, and informative. Better than my last medical equipment facility by far. Very personalized service.
