Tonight encounter with them was nothing but rude and disrespectful. My grandfather has been having issues for the last several days with his oxygen not being able to breath that great and they have been called several times. So my teen son was outside and came in because there was an unknown car in the driveway and my boyfriend proceeded to go outside to see who it was by waving and was confronted by this man aggressively asking if so and so lives here. I flew into Myrtle beach and forgot a small CPAP supply and no one else around could help me. Rotech went out their way to accommodate me and get me setup with what I needed. I will be forever grateful to the ladies over at Rotech. Thank you so much.
Awful, charged for a product that I never requested, ordered or received. Getting them to correct their mistake has taken over 2 hours.
This company should be avoided at all cost they are clueless,careless. Anything associated with rotech should be avoided if possible.
This is one of the worst companies I've ever tried to deal with. They have no clue what's going on. I don't know how they stay in business. It's not because of taking care of their customers.
