I flew into Myrtle beach and forgot a small CPAP supply and no one else around could help me. Rotech went out their way to accommodate me and get me setup with what I needed. I will be forever grateful to the ladies over at Rotech. Thank you so much.
Awful, charged for a product that I never requested, ordered or received. Getting them to correct their mistake has taken over 2 hours.
This company should be avoided at all cost they are clueless,careless. Anything associated with rotech should be avoided if possible.
This is one of the worst companies I've ever tried to deal with. They have no clue what's going on. I don't know how they stay in business. It's not because of taking care of their customers.
This company is a joke! Today is Thursday and I have to wait until Tuesday to get my oxygen? I should have got my equipment from Atrium in Shelby, plus my pulmonary doctor is in Shelby. But since I have a Cherryville address, They send these rude idiots!. If I want it now, I will have to drive to Lincolnton. I'm glad I had extra during the hurricane and the power wasn't out long. When they first brought out my equipment in January, they told me to call, 24/7 if I needed anything or the power was out. That's not the case.
