This company should be avoided at all cost they are clueless,careless. Anything associated with rotech should be avoided if possible.
This is one of the worst companies I've ever tried to deal with. They have no clue what's going on. I don't know how they stay in business. It's not because of taking care of their customers.
This company is a joke! Today is Thursday and I have to wait until Tuesday to get my oxygen? I should have got my equipment from Atrium in Shelby, plus my pulmonary doctor is in Shelby. But since I have a Cherryville address, They send these rude idiots!. If I want it now, I will have to drive to Lincolnton. I'm glad I had extra during the hurricane and the power wasn't out long. When they first brought out my equipment in January, they told me to call, 24/7 if I needed anything or the power was out. That's not the case.
***Sign a contract so you know what you are responsible for!*** My doctor ordered a new nebulizer from to tech for me. Rotech called to confirm order and quote the price. I said really! That’s all, that’s a low price. The person in the phone just agreed. The device was delivered fine. The I started getting bills and realized it was a monthly amount. If I could get this place to pick up the phone to pick up their equipment so I don’t keep getting charged for medical equipment, that’d be nice.
