Very helpful and sweet people...they came through of what was needed, ty so much Rotech
I hate dealing with this provider. I was assigned to them to get my CPAP supplies and I have gotten calls almost daily for a month now from them. They would not accept the fact that my insurance FHA would pay my deductible so I had to pay over $500 upfront just to get the equipment. Every time I answer the phone it is another "sleep coach" to verify I understand what insurance requires for compliance, and when I questioned why they kept calling repeatedly with the same information I am just given a quick and rather rude - "F... read more

Great Medicale supply store .Always friendly and understanding and attentive to your personal needs .Fixes problems as fast as they can .Bunch of amazing people work here .Thank you for always being there and going the extra mile to help .I been with them for roughly 15 years unfortunately for my health reasons however due to my health Iam greatful for rotech and I would never dream of leaving.
