Nothing but rude people when you call for assistance. Never willing to escalate to a supervisor. Will never be doing business with Rotech again
The front desk woman Alyssa is so helpful. One of the worst moments in my life was hearing the news of a family member passing. And having to deal with all their belongings. Alyssa was compassionate and caring. She took care of everything and made this process the best it could be under the circumstances. She then pointed me in the direction of people that could help in areas I needed. Wish the world had more women like her. Thank you Alyssa. So much.

I was recently diagnosed with severe sleep apnea, and my doctor referred me to Rotech to obtain a C-Pap machine. I was apprehensive about using a machine, but Jody at Rotech put my mind at ease. She was very thorough and explained everything. I am very happy with her service. She is definitely an asset to the company.
JODY just set me up with a new CPAP machine. She was terrific! She explained everything, showed me features I did not know about on the device, ensured all of my settings were updated - all while being super pleasant and friendly! Jody is a gem! I never would have imagined I would be on here with positive words about Rotech/Prescott, but Jody is EXCEPTIONAL.
