Does anyone actually work here? I've left two phone messages over a week ago and no one has returned my calls.
I've been using Rotech for my CPAP equipment and supplies since I needed it for 15+ years. Today I went in with my CPAP for a question and met with Jody who sat with me and resolved my issue. She was very professional, courteous, and explained my machine that I never knew about. It's because of Jody that I would give 10 stars if I could. Thanks for being so helpful!!!

I had a new sleep study which required a new bipap machine and establishing at Rotech in Prescott. Jody was outstanding with orienting us to the new equipment and processes. And she continues to help us understand options to navigate assisted sleep issues which have since been identified, using her experience and expertise as a respiratory therapist.
