Protect was a little unorganized and did not provide much information. However their respatory person Jodi was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She was also able to confirm my costs for the program and what it included. Unlike the office when I asked. Thank you Jodi ! , for explaining all the benefits to using a C pap . first years ago my husband had an order for oxygen, so rotech came with home oxygen machine plus portable oxygen which are miniature oxygen cylinders like at the hospital. I was never given anything to put the cylinders in( I was given 15 ). As a retired worker at the hospital I am well aware of the protocol for the oxygen cylinders which is they have to be secured at all times or as a last option laid on the side. Nothing but rude people when you call for assistance. Never willing to escalate to a supervisor. Will never be doing business with Rotech again
