Jody is very knowledgeable and helpful. It's great to work with someone who really seems like they care. My first experience with Rotech and needing DME has been positive.
Jody was fantastic. I started on c-pap 2yrs. ago. No one took time to explain anything. Jody took her time and patience until I felt well versed and comfortable with the machine! What a blessing she is!!
I am extremely frustrated with this company. My doctor ordered a new biPAP machine for me on february 4th, because mine broke in January. They still have not called me about how I can pick it up. I have called approximately 8 times in the last 2 weeks and I am told someone will call me back and they don't. I even had my doctor call yesterday. I am very fatigued and I am starting to have trouble with my thyroid again because of not getting proper oxygen at night. No one seems to care. I'm not sure what my next step will be.
Jody did a great job! Very helpful, informative, friendly and have us lots of usable information. Appreciated her experience.
