Does anyone actually work here? I've left two phone messages over a week ago and no one has returned my calls.
I've been using Rotech for my CPAP equipment and supplies since I needed it for 15+ years. Today I went in with my CPAP for a question and met with Jody who sat with me and resolved my issue. She was very professional, courteous, and explained my machine that I never knew about. It's because of Jody that I would give 10 stars if I could. Thanks for being so helpful!!!
