My mother was in the hospital and couldn’t be discharged without a bipap machine to use at home. Crystal and Kayla worked so hard til they got what we needed!! They are fantastic and definitely will use them again.

Megan Baker- location manager and Crystal Collins- CSR provided the best service with the process of getting my CPAP replaced. Kayla Wheland- RT was wonderful with the CPAP set up process and was very knowledgeable in helping tell everything I needed to know. I would highly recommend Rotech and I appreciate the entire experience. They're rock stars!
Crystal Collins, Kayla Wheland and Gary Robinson are great people to work with. If i have any questions they'll answer them and when i need my 02 supplies i just give them a call and they'll send them straight out by UPS.
I worked with Crystal, the Receptionist and Kayla, the Respiratory Therapist at Rotech in Tazewell, TN. Crystal was very efficient and expedited the process for me to get in as quickly as possible. Kayla was a pleasure to work with. She made sure I knew everything I needed to know for my new machine and felt comfortable with it before I left. Thank you Rotech!
