Rotech in Lenexa is outstanding. They provided wonderful customer service - they worked closely with me to select CPAP equipment, get the latest hardware and make sure I understood all the nuances of CPAP therapy/use. They have followed-up with multiple calls to me to see how I was doing, make sure I understood compliance requirements etc. Of note is Brian who helped locate the desired equipment and Eric the office manager who 'held my hand' and provided superb customer support and dedication.
Julie from the Lenexa office is THE WORSE rep I have ever spoken to over the phone, and the Rotech Lenexa location one of the most incompetent. My dad had just passed away, right before Christmas. On the scheduled day for them to pick up his bed frame, I waited awhile before calling the Lenexa location to check the ETA. I have had nothing but problems with this company. They claim to have a "compliance" team that watches over you, not the case. You have to monitor your own progress and God help you if you need help...they will have you call 3 different numbers and each number will tell you to call the other one. If I could do it over, I would pick a different company all together. My mask isn't fitting so I'm having over 30 events a night, I had to call and talk to 3 different people over the course of a week just to get the local store to ... read more
They were very helpful and explained everything to me. I was told that I could call with any questions and they gave me confidence that I could do this.
