My Rotech employee was extremely knowledgeable and explained how to use the equipment
I am writing this post to tell you what a wonderful customer service rep you have. Her name is Heather.Benton. My primary doctor sent me to your office to receive a finger monitor for my Oxygen level at night time. Heather got the monitor and showed me how to use it. The next day I brought it back and I asked her if she could tell me anything that it said. I have dealt with Rotech for the past 5 years and could not have been happier with the service and the care I received. Their staff are all professionals and they care. Recently the VA switched to another company what a downgrade.
