Seemed like real nice HONEST people but watch out. Had to put down over $150 deposit but when I got my machine it did not work correctly. Called to complain and was told to adjust any settings that I would have to get another sleep study. Not happening as that was not the issue! Took machine back and was told I would have to contact Florida office to get deposit back. Called several times and just got the run around. These blood sucking cretins seem content to threaten their clients for their own incompetence. The cost of renting oxygen concentrators is roughly half the cost of purchasing a brand new unit. I’m not sure why we went so long without kicking these living these living sacks of fecal material to the curb.
