Was recently setup with equipment to treat sleep apnea. The staff made the process very easy and quick!
This review is for the girard office. I always get the best customer service here. They are very responsive to all of my Questions rather i call or ask in person. Everyone who i have contact with is courteous and friendly. My last visit the office downloaded my information, sent to insurance, my doctor and myself. Do not recommend using Rotech. Rented a machine from them, called once a month stating I wasn’t using the machine and needed to be returned or said insurance wasn’t paying. Complete hassle and waste of my time. Switched companies and have had zero issues.
Great equipment company remember they are next to school bus garage not same building
The machine started beeping wildly, flashing yellow. I thought it would pass. I unplugged it, reset it, different outlet. I called after hours. I got a very cheery voice. Made me feel good. They called service for me. He arrived around 4a.m. the tech was fantastic. He checked everything and showed interest, concern. I had two dirty filters. After the gentleman repaired, it went to green. The concentrator started working great. Thank you RoTech, you got my sincere appreciation. Denise
