Terrible service of equipment. They never look at it but tell you what’s wrong even when that’s not it or ignore you all together. One person doesn’t know what the other one’s doing. One day I get numerous phone calls about when they’re picking up equipment when I call when they don’t get the equipment I get told I’m not on the schedule. The whole place is a joke. Kendra visited me today to service my oxygen concentrator. She was fantastic. She went above and beyond the scope of her duties and even explained my bill to me. I sincerely enjoyed her visit.
They are wonderful! I have found them to be the kindest understanding people! They are very knowledgeable in their work. They care deeply for their customers and each other. Cameron who came out today and fixed my problem by switching out the machine was truly wonderful! He is such a sweet young man who is so smart and knows his stuff! We can’t say enough good things about Lisa, having dealt with her 3 or 4 times over the last 5 months or so she has always gone up and above to help us. She’s amazing, very helpful, goes out of her way to answer every question we’ve had and very pleasant.
After several weeks of my friends oxygen machine not being properly set up. A call to you on Tuesday 11/18/25 brought Andy to her home. He had to go back to the warehouse to retrieve the bracket for the top of the new oxygen machine. Which he did. He returned and fixed the machine. Also taking the time to show us how to properly use the bottom and the top of the machine to get the most out of it.
