Can’t say enough good things about the staff and service my husband has received from Rotech. After 3 years of fighting his doctor about getting a BPap he finally agreed to try it. The staff was extremely thorough in explaining the machine to him! Phil gave some great advice on how to get used to using it! Delivery service Tech Andy from Rotech Girard Ohio went above and beyond ,he stopped to delivery oxygen tanks and we asked about POC units, he said we were in luck he had one in the truck. He brought it in and discussed the use of it with my wife, he said his mother has one, he had my wife puff as if she was using it, explained about how to conserve the battery. Andy was just excellent!
The young man that delivered my concentrator today was kind and friendly. Rotech does a good job.
