They are wonderful! I have found them to be the kindest understanding people! They are very knowledgeable in their work. They care deeply for their customers and each other. Cameron who came out today and fixed my problem by switching out the machine was truly wonderful! He is such a sweet young man who is so smart and knows his stuff! We can’t say enough good things about Lisa, having dealt with her 3 or 4 times over the last 5 months or so she has always gone up and above to help us. She’s amazing, very helpful, goes out of her way to answer every question we’ve had and very pleasant.
After several weeks of my friends oxygen machine not being properly set up. A call to you on Tuesday 11/18/25 brought Andy to her home. He had to go back to the warehouse to retrieve the bracket for the top of the new oxygen machine. Which he did. He returned and fixed the machine. Also taking the time to show us how to properly use the bottom and the top of the machine to get the most out of it. Was recently setup with equipment to treat sleep apnea. The staff made the process very easy and quick!
This review is for the girard office. I always get the best customer service here. They are very responsive to all of my Questions rather i call or ask in person. Everyone who i have contact with is courteous and friendly. My last visit the office downloaded my information, sent to insurance, my doctor and myself.
