Kendra is an awesome service person. She was very knowledgeable about Rotech products. She also spoke with us, about the different options and products they, protect had available. Knowledge we didn't have previously.

STAY AWAY FROM ROTECH!!!!! INCOMPETENT!!!! Didn't bill the CPAP machine only the supplies when I received it in August 2025. I received notification from Supply Central I was due to receive supplies in October 2025. After contacting Rotech AND Supply Central I was told I had to go to the Girard office to sign papers stating I have a CPAP machine so that they could bill my insurance which reset the compliance period.
