It was very disappointing to see a company truck from Rotech dangerously driving through a school zone today. In front of Manor heights, this truck was driving with a tablet balanced on his steering wheel. The driver was looking down the entire time, and almost hit me in the school zone because he wasn't paying attention. How long until this company causes the death of a child with this kind of driving in Casper?
