Everyone has been so helpful. Ashley and Anne have gone very out of their way to make sure I got the best mask for my needs. Anyone with a cpap knows the difference that makes.

I have always had less then impressive customer service with Rotech Healthcare. I have been a customer for 10+ years and always dread calling and having to work with them. Well that changed this past week when I spoke with Ashley. Thank you for wonderful customer services and working with me during a difficult time.
I will never go back to Rotech. When I first got my cpap machine I should have known it wasn't going to be a great company to deal with. 1st they sent me the wrong machine. I not knowing just used it along with the mask. They called to check in with how I was getting along with the machine and mask. When I told them I was getting a rash on my face they said, "Oh I am sorry to hear that. Your body will have to adjust."
