Customer Service is lacking in this company. We had oxygen ordered for my mother. A few days later, we made the decision to place her under hospice, so we no longer needed the oxygen from RoTech. On at least 3 different occasions they came to pick up the oygen without my knowledge and therefore no one was there to meet them for the pick up.
