April and Monica at the Pampa location are always ready to help me with all the oxygen supplies I need.
Ive had a hard time with the billing department these last few months, could barely understand them half the time and constantly transferred me to a different location, so I turned to the local office and Monica went out of her way to contact billing to find out what I needed to do and got my account cleared! Super Thankful!
Today I went into Rotech for supplies for my CPAP and wanting to know more information about getting a new one and what I needed to do to get one, Monica was more than helpful and very informative! Both her and April! If you need CPAP supplies go see them!!
Went into the location for a wheelchair for my husband during my lunch break! Im grateful Monica was working during lunch because that was the only time I had to pick up equipment! She had everything ready so that all I had to do was sign paperwork and get back to work! Thank you so much Monica!
