I have a cpap machine, and the water reservoir for the humidifier broke. The metal piece for the bottom of the reservoir that fits on the heater fell off. I have had this reservoir for less than 6 months. The receptionist told me that the staff person was busy, and could not see me, and to come back tomorrow. When I was leaving I stopped to assist a woman who was trying to enter the office with an O2 tank. Their drivers are aggressive to other cars on the road and play on the phones behind the wheel. License plate ending in 369 and a white man behind the wheel. Permanently effected my perception of this business

Office is terrible, never recieves anything you send. Poor customer service, I would avoid.

Tech that delivered the equipment was in a hurry and they didn’t explain the working very well. And they didn’t leave any paperwork on the product so we could refer to it if necessary. They didn’t even leave a phone number in case of any problems or emergency

They said I owed $18 and I said no I didn’t and if it was a problem they could come and pick the equipment up. I got a note in my door saying that they were there to pick up the stuff, but I wasn’t home. Weeks later when we no longer needed the equipment, I called them to pick it up. They said they needed a doctor’s authorization to pick it up. Really? I still have the stuff Oh, the delivery guy was awesome, but I can’t say the same for the office staff
