My Dr. has sent in the prescription for a home oxygen concentrator 5 times. I have called and driven up there 3 times. They keep saying they did not receive an order. My Dr.’s office even called them. My daughter went with me today and was explaining everything to the girl. The girl did not act like she even cared.
For the love of God avoid this company at all costs. There's not enough room in this review for me to list off the countless ways this company has raised my blood pressure. Read the reviews and check yelp or literally just ask Google"How bad rotech sucks" and find out for yourself. If you type that into Google you will get a very lengthy analysis on why this company is so hated by customers and even its own employees. They have to be one of the most hated companies in America, and they have earned the title.
I have a cpap machine, and the water reservoir for the humidifier broke. The metal piece for the bottom of the reservoir that fits on the heater fell off. I have had this reservoir for less than 6 months. The receptionist told me that the staff person was busy, and could not see me, and to come back tomorrow. When I was leaving I stopped to assist a woman who was trying to enter the office with an O2 tank.
