Did not have a good experience here and have been through 3, about to be a 4th alternator since they took mine out and basically demanded I authorise them putting in a new one in. I did not go in for an alternator issue and mine was working perfectly. They told me my rig was ready and I got there (10km bike ride each way) to find it still in pieces in the workshop. Needed a fairly specific electrical part i couldn't get anywhere else. Had been recommended to Rotech, they were super helpful on the phone, had the part on the bench when I got there. I'll come straight here next time. Top fellas.

Great service for an auto electrical fault just before Christmas! Hugh & the rest of the lads did a great job getting my beers cold in the Engel again. 100% recommend there services if you’re local or passing through !
james managed to get us an appointment as soon as he could in the busy christmas times. we had to get our first and second battery connected to eachother in our van and also got new solar penal, josh was doing an amazing job. competent, helpful and friendly! really do recommend.
