We’ve been dealing with this company since they acquired Valley Home Medical. They haven’t serviced my C02 Concentrator in 2025 or 2026, which we acquired through them and should be done bi-annually. Another member of my household also relies on a CPAP machine, and it’s been experiencing various issues. The staff at the Layton office have been extremely disorganized and difficult to work with regarding this matter. They are absolutely exhausting to rely on as a medical device supplier.
Valerie came to our home at night, after hours and was amazing!! She definitely put all of our fears aside. She walked through everything and was very kind and patient. She took a burden off of me. Rotech has been my supplier for 10 yrs. Store is in Layton and I get delivered to Brigham City. Delivery driver works hard to make sure I get what I need to stay alive. I give 4 stars because they don't have a store in Brigham. My dogs name is Nelly she's 7 and is my Princess.
