My mother passed away 6 months ago. After 2 calls requesting that phone calls to order her CPAP supplies be discontinued, I am still receiving 2 to 3 calls a month reminding me to order her supplies. What awful customer service!
My experience has been very poor from the beginning. I was not shown how to use my equipment. Bills are not explained. When I call customer service, they will not help break down why I’m being charged and tell me it’s my responsibility to call my insurance. I want them to explain the charges to me. Very hostile customer service representatives. Poor experience.
Dennica was helpful beyond expectations. She was personable, friendly, very helpful, and very knowledgeable. Your company has a real asset in Dennica. Being the only person working when I came in, she is just the right person to be the "face of the company". She represents Rotech very well.
Rotech has been amazing to meet all of our oxygen needs. Danika at the Layton office has been especially helpful. They have earned my highest recommendation. Great people. Great company.
Making a customer wait on hold for 20 min is completely unacceptable! And when when I approached your representative about this they told me I could always go online. Going online is not customer service that’s a cop out and that’s an easy way for you to give people crappy service! You distributors are all the same money grabbers! You’re not in the game to help customers It’s very unfortunate. Do better!
