These folks are great! Been using them for a year for O2 generator, tank O2, & CPAP. They are great! Always go the extra mile to help. They are checking me out now, 20mins after closing time cuz they wanted me have my new equip for me today. They will deliver in big radius (at least 75mi out cuz that's where i live). Not sure what other people's problems are - Rotech is great! Esp Briana I used LinDontCare previously, and they ARE a complete joke...
I am posting this urgent and serious review because the customer service at Rotech Healthcare in Santa Fe is horrific, rude, and dangerous for patients who rely on oxygen support in a dry, high-altitude city where reliable service can be a matter of life and death. My 74-year-old mother went in to fix or refill a medical oxygen tank that my uncle needs to breathe due to heart and respiratory issues. I was very satisfied with the knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness that Kimberly exhibited in explaining the use of the machine.
Went here twice to schedule and receive a C-PAP. Both times they messed up the appointment and I had to drive down from LA. They ended up coming to my house so they get one more star but still. Total racket for these supplies (but so is the greater Healthcare industry). They where even talking about the profits they receive on some of these machines when I walked in.
