Everyone is awesome
When I became a costumer they only brought me six bottles of oxygen and now I don't have any to go anywhere!! My daughter went to ask them when they can bring some and I called my self and they told us we would have to go pick them up, but we don't live in Santa Fe we're from out of town one hour away!!
The customer service is wonderfully helpful and informative for a first time O2 user. Jesse and JJ took their time to show us how the concentrator worked, dealt with insurance issues and answered any questions we had. Never in a hurry. Thank you.
I am a new patient. Kimberly was very knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to work with.
I was at Rotech today and Jesse was great. Made sure I had the gear I wanted before I left. Jesse, Briana, JJ, and the whole team have always been helpful and fair. Thanks 😊
