I would like for the public to be aware of aggressive and wreckless driving from an employee using a Rotech Van with plate 43A UKY. This employee is a medium build white man with short/thinning hair, side burns, sports sunglasses on, seems to be in 30s or 40s. He was using his phone while driving and approaching stop lights, going far over the speed limit (for example almost 70 in a 55 when going northbound on Little Rd past Plathe), riding 2-3 feet within bumpers at all times when he could have passed cars. I'd be glad to change my review and rating if someone could actually help me address my incorrect billing. It's been 3 months of statements, phone calls and time of mine. (an hour at least each month) and I can't seem to get anyojne to address the insurance vs. co pay issue. Please help. Everything else is wonderful with them
I was released out of the hospital on September 23 and prescribed oxygen tank to bring home with me. Rotech delivered a small oxygen tank to my hospital room. The technician showed me how to turn on the tank but didn't inform me about how to get a full tank when needed. I have never been prescribed oxygen before and have no knowledge of how the process works. October 14th, I received a call from a delivery driver stating that he would be at my home in 15 minutes. JEREK CAME TO MY PLACE AND WAS AMAZING. HE HAD TO SWITCH MY MACHINE OUT AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME. GAVE ME MY TUBING AND AN EXTRA FILTER THAT WAS PROMISED ME FROM THE LADY I TALKED TO ON THE PHONE WHEN I MADE THE APPOINTMENT. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR SENDING ME A VERY NICE MAN
10 STARS for ROTECH of Largo!! Had an issue with a fitting, leaving on a trip in 3 days, Katherine was soooo kind and understanding that she went to the manager to see if they were able to squeeze me in before I left, even though they had no available appointments. The manager was also VERY kind and understanding. Rotech of Largo was able to get me in the following day at closing!!! You cannot ask for more, a wonderful office… 10 STARS =)
