Marley Wooten gives fantastic customer service. Came out and addressed my needs in a friendly and personable manner. Went out of her way to make sure my experience was the best. Rotech is a cut above the other suppliers in Las Cruces!!
The Teshor office was wonderful, the 1 star is for the national company. Billing is a complete nightmare and the people have no idea what is going on. They can't explain why charges a different every billing cycle or even how much you have to pay for a cpap. When you call sleep central the woman I spoke to was very rude and denied return of supplies I didnt order. She was unhelpful and wouldn't listen to what I was saying. Again the local Rotech is wonderful it's the national sleep central that is terrible to deal with. I di... read more
Jesus Zamora brought my travel oxygen machine out to me today and was very organized. He went over the machine with me also.
