Becky worked very hard to get the order from my doctor and place the order as quickly as she could
I can't get ahold of anyone since they've switched over to better living now for diabetic supplies. They always tell me there are no supervisors, they've shipped my order and everything looks great or someone will call me back, but I haven't received supplies in 2 months. If you can avoid them, do! (The Idaho falls rotech office has been helpful at trying to find a resolution).
We want to thank Rotech in Idaho Falls and Lake Havasu, Arizona for their coordination in delivering a new concentrator to our hotel in Burley. We are on vacation and my husbands machine quit working the night before. Through VA and Rotechs quick work our problem solved. Especially want to thank Mary for braving the lightning, wind and rain to delivery it.
I have had an awesome experience with Rotech. The new guy is very attentive and ready to help. He set up my husband and took care of him really quick. He is willing to go out of his way to help or answer any questions we have. So far, it has been a very smooth experience. I’d recommend it to anyone.
I have been trying to get into contact with them sense about December. Was hosbitalized because of Covid and doctors recomended this compony to me. All I want to do is pay the bill but for whatever reason they never can quite seem to get the right people on the line or can't manage me at that time. Starting last month, I now have an over charge fee for something I have been willing to pay sense December, this including the return of medical equipment and otherwise which they are now threatening to just take sometime next mon... read more
