I wouldn't even give them 1 star. I have called over 6 times with no results trying to get the supplies returned. The tech won't return calls, the main number is answered by a person who is a liar and abusive. Meanwhile someone in need might be going without because they won't pick up the supplies. They were coming last Friday and didn't show. I called the office and then they said Monday and didn't show. Started with a cpap a couple of years ago, they messed up reporting to my Insurance monthly and I have tried to order supplies and never get any.....I have called several times and can not get any help....they don't call me back.....they just don't seem to care about their customers, I have told them I have a hole in my tubing but still no call back....still waiting

Absolutely terrible! It's August and I've only received one shipment of supplies in February. I've ordered supplies multiple times and am never given a reason why I never receive the supplies I order. I've updated my insurance 4 times. Rotech has never bothered to submit a request of my insurance in in 5 months! I hate this company! Update: 8/25/2023 still no supplies. Gone into the Hampden/Bangor office for the 4th time. Told me they finally submitted an auth to my insurance for July to October but I still haven't received ... read more
