The folks at the Bangor/Hampden office are always kind and responsive whenever I need anything, and helped with a simple and painless insurance switch recently.
Jaric has really gone above and beyond for our family, for a long time, but even more so lately. We are so grateful. Having the right oxygen equipment and fit is essential, and he and Rotech have worked to make that happen. Jaric's patience, responsiveness, and willingness to help have provided much relief to our family during stressful times. We would absolutely recommend working with him.
This company hires distracted drivers. Got cut off by John bapst high school 4:30 today , laid on the horn and absolutely no response. Driver sucked right into his phone and not focused at the road at all. Plate 743 rsq or something like that. I’d appreciate if this company would vet their drivers more carefully
Rotech just recieved a letter from my doctor stating that I am no longer in need of the oxygen that they can pick up the equipment. They were supposed to pick it up this past Friday. It is now Monday Jan. 5th 2026 and the equipment is still here. I better not be charged any fee's. My doctor has already told me if something like this occurs to contact my doctor again to let them know if the equipment had not been picked up by the scheduled date which I have. My wife has a cpap, everytime she calls sleep central she has never has a good experience. So she calls the Hampden, Maine Office and the girls are extremely nice to her and if Jarek is busy he always gets right back to her and helps her with any questions or problems she might have. We are thankful you have someone like him working for you.
