My brother in law has been trying to get oxygen in home for 2 days now and is only getting the run around. Unfortunately this is the only company his insurance will cover. Ok. So it only took about 20 minutes after speaking with the insurance company and Austin arrived with the equipment needed. He took his time to show said brother in law everything about his machines and was very patient. He answered all of our questions and we felt very positive about the experience. Thank you Austin. You did good!
Very helpful and detailed. My only issue is I didn’t start the 1st day because of not having distilled water. I am starting today 3/21/2026. If that is wrong please let me know or if I have to comin.
I loved Apria compared to these people! Never had a issue getting a hold of Apria. Now, Rotech sat on my information for several weeks after my doctors sent it. Trying to get adjustments such as an at home concentration unit, 1 email, and 3 calls later last week. Time to start over this week. I know why my insurance wanted them. They cost less when they apparently don't pay for employees to work!
I am traveling over the holidays. My personal air concentrator, that I used when traveling died. I called my home Rotech and they never answered the phone. I called the Ft Wayne, IN Rotech office, and Haley answered the phone. She was a wonder. Sleep Doctor sent in an order to have my son CPAP machine worked on and they never got in touch with me about anything. My son (Austin) is having some issue with his machine, cause it chokes him out and cause nose bleed. I think they need to get need get new people in Rotech or get someone that will do their job.
