My husband and I recently met with Stephan Mitchell, RT, when he introduced me to my new ResMed AirSense 10 CPAP machine. He was extremely knowledgeable and most courteous, patiently explaining all the nuances of my new CPAP. He was also kind enough to offer my husband some helpful tips, who uses the same CPAP machine. Thank you very much for your outstanding service!!
I saw Hannah to pickup my new CPAP. She was very friendly, courteous, helpful and very knowledgeable. She made very comfortable, this was a hole new experience for me.
Overall I’ve received good service. Two annoyances: Was told to show up 15 minutes early for my 1 PM appointment but the doors are locked from 12-1. Hours on maps shows 8:30-5 but actual hours are 9-4, needed to pick up supplies and arrived at a closed store.
