Thank you Rotech Flagstaff. Sean made a special trip on a holiday Friday afternoon to work on Mom's O2 generator! They always call us back and know who we are right when we walk in. Been using them for years.
Very disappointed with the service offered at Rotech. We were vacationing in Arizona and the elevation affected my four-year-old medically, fragile son, and we quickly depleted our oxygen tanks. On Monday 4/13/2026 | went in person with my prescription, trying to avoid a medical emergency and having a rush to the hospital. Just needed to swap out tanks and they were unable to assist. EDIT: Down to 1 star. Rotech and Sleep Central are just awful to deal with. Sleep Central ships me wrong items and tells me its my fault. Rotech reps don't listen, aren't helpful, or just straight up tell me incorrect things. Have been in building for shouting matches between Rotech rep and a patient on two separate occasions. If you have sleep medicine needs, or any medicine needs that would have you dealing with Rotech, save yourself the headache and demand another provider. EDIT: Down to 1 star. My doctor prescribed a different CPAP and after receiving that I’m still receiving refill orders for my original machine. Sleep Central says it’s my fault and I have to pay restocking and shipping fees. I just called the local office to sort this out, of course no one answers, and the voicemail is full or inactive so can’t even leave a voicemail. This is garbage customer service. Deno was knowledgeable and patient. I appreciated his help with getting me set up on the new PAP machine. It is easy to follow up with him if I run into any questions as I get familiar with the new machine, as well as the information that the machine will give me.
