EDIT: Down to 1 star. Rotech and Sleep Central are just awful to deal with. Sleep Central ships me wrong items and tells me its my fault. Rotech reps don't listen, aren't helpful, or just straight up tell me incorrect things. Have been in building for shouting matches between Rotech rep and a patient on two separate occasions. If you have sleep medicine needs, or any medicine needs that would have you dealing with Rotech, save yourself the headache and demand another provider. EDIT: Down to 1 star. My doctor prescribed a different CPAP and after receiving that I’m still receiving refill orders for my original machine. Sleep Central says it’s my fault and I have to pay restocking and shipping fees. I just called the local office to sort this out, of course no one answers, and the voicemail is full or inactive so can’t even leave a voicemail. This is garbage customer service. Deno was knowledgeable and patient. I appreciated his help with getting me set up on the new PAP machine. It is easy to follow up with him if I run into any questions as I get familiar with the new machine, as well as the information that the machine will give me.
Deano came to the NICU as we were being discharged with our baby and was very thorough with how to use her at home oxygen set up. I was pretty intimidated by the equipment in a situation I didn’t plan for, and he made me feel so at ease. He was a great teacher and I went home feeling very confident. Thank you!
Dino was great! Explained everything extremely well, was very friendly, and answered all questions very professionally.
