Nope. Not impressed with any customer service. Will try to find any other company, though I think this company has a precontract with FMC since FMC simply had these folks show up in my husbands hospital room the day we were checking out. Never gave us a choice. My spouse needed temporary 0 2 therapy till he recovered from pneumonia. First, they simply showed up at the hospital when I wasn’t there to learn about the equipment. My mom was going to have her oxygen tank changed out today, and I got a call that they were at my brother's address instead of my mom. She lives up the street (2 blocks) from my brother's. But, the guy tells me that he had an emergency at the hospital, so he can't make it to my moms. There's a mix up on the address because my brother handles the financial part. I explained that she is only up the street two blocks. My mom lives right on the corner. but, again, he explained there was an emergency at the hospital. I truly hope... read more
