I received my CPAP today from Rotech in Fayetteville! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The process didn't take long at all to get my machine.
I was recommended by a friend to reach out to this company for my resupplies. They did not disappoint and had everything that I needed for my machine! James was able to quickly assist me with my questions and needs. Everyone there was so warm, friendly and welcoming. 10 out of 10, I'd recommend this place as a local CPAP/BIPAP Supply Store. I will recommend James from Rotech to all my friends and family. I went in to pick up some parts for my cpap machine and James was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. James took the time to answer all my questions and never once did I feel like I was inconveniencing him or he was rushing to get me out the door (Because I can go overboard on asking questions..ugh). Thank you James for your time and patience.
This company makes it very easy to pay a restocking fee but almost impossible to receive a refund for a returned shipment. Be warned.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, JAMES the new manager has failed sick ill customers by not delivering their oxygen to their homes. The drivers all quit due to their treatment by this manager. Forcing ill customers to drive and pick up heavy tanks and load their own vehicles, and failing to home deliver as MEDICARE AND MEDICAID PAY THEM TO DO. Please file complaints with the MEDICARE office.
