This company makes it very easy to pay a restocking fee but almost impossible to receive a refund for a returned shipment. Be warned.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, JAMES the new manager has failed sick ill customers by not delivering their oxygen to their homes. The drivers all quit due to their treatment by this manager. Forcing ill customers to drive and pick up heavy tanks and load their own vehicles, and failing to home deliver as MEDICARE AND MEDICAID PAY THEM TO DO. Please file complaints with the MEDICARE office.

We have been trying to get my mother's oxygen equipment picked up since April 1st. When they finally came 3 weeks ago they left half the tanks. We called within 5 minutes of the guy leaving and they said they would notify him but he never came back. For 2 straight Wednesday's we were told "a ticket was made" but no one every came to pick up these tanks. A prescription was sent to Rotech the end of April. My mom needed/needs a cpap terribly. We actually stopped by Rotech after we left the Dr's office that same day. We wanted to make sure they had the orders for the cpap. I called a week later to see if had been approved by insurance yet and when could she pick it up. They had not submitted for the approval, or done anything they were supposed to. But set a date for her to come in. The day before her time, they call and tell my mom that she wasn't approved yet.
