I recommend that you AVOID this company at all costs. Think about it like this...if you're using a CPAP machine it will likely be for a lifetime. You will want to work with a professional company that you can trust and that is easy to do business with. Unfortunately, Rotech doesn't check any of those boxes. It is interesting because they are all "nice" but nobody is actually effective. You'll spin your wheels a lot and end up frustrated - trust me. What is wrong with you people and your company? You are part of personal care for people in need. The reviews i am reading are an eye opener to the way you feel about your clients---- NO CARE AT ALL!!!!---- you need to work on fixing this !!
The customer service stinks they r not professional at all
So I called because I was directed to contact my local Rotech because I lost the power supply pack to my machine. The representative was so rude. She said...well what happened to it...you just received the machine in July. I explained that I left was working with the hotel I stayed at to see if they could find it. She said well we really don't have extra power supply cord and click...I heard a dial tone. Sheesh That was just crazy to me!!
No one calls back. No one checks on the machines they supply. They supplies you get are wrong. Getting worse
