They sent me the wrong CPAP tubing and filters for the machine they issued to me. I opened the package to install it, realized it didn’t fit, and was told I couldn’t return it because it had been opened and I will still be charged. Totally get that there are return policies but maybe send the correct stuff in the first place. Also not sure how I was supposed to confirm it was wrong without… opening it. The techs that come and procide the services are wonderful! However, customer service sucks!
Working with Rotech has become a nightmare. If you have issues with your cpap equipment, good luck. I’ve been trying for months to get the proper masks. My medical provider has even called them several times. I say steer away if you can.
I recommend that you AVOID this company at all costs. Think about it like this...if you're using a CPAP machine it will likely be for a lifetime. You will want to work with a professional company that you can trust and that is easy to do business with. Unfortunately, Rotech doesn't check any of those boxes. It is interesting because they are all "nice" but nobody is actually effective. You'll spin your wheels a lot and end up frustrated - trust me.
