Would give zero stars if possible. Dr. sent the order early December, called 2 weeks later to see about the processing and all we got was attitude. Asked about timing as we met insurance deductible for the year response "well your going to pay anyway because insurance won't cover it", by January 15 still no information. Called the Dr, they switch order to Gould and on 01/24 they told my husband it was ready. Oddly enough insurance would have covered 100% since we met our deductible. This is by far the WORST place I've ever dealt with. The local office would be better off with Chimps in there. Dr ordered CPAP in March and four months later they contact me. On had to call another store for them to contact the Scottsburg store. The Scottsburg store took my email on Friday and shipping called on Tuesday to ask for it. If it wasn't a hassle I would have found another company to go-to. I would even drive 30 miles to Louisville to get equipment. Pure pathetic. Manager is totally clueless. Won't tell you how much your pmnt will be, want you to sign electronic documents and give a card and what ever the pmnt is will be the amount your charged. Go else where
