Working with Rotech has been an absolute mess and I still do not have my medical equipment after months. Rob does not want to do his job and communicate with my doctor's office to handle an insurance resubmission after an appeal window wasn't situated in time. My doctor's office works exclusively with Rotech, but because Rob does not wish to communicate with my doctor's office, he told me to tell my doctor use another service. This company may be in a small town but they offer big services. They are kind and compassionate, their communication is top notch, and they go out of their way to provide for your needs. Tom is awesome and very caring about his clients and their families. I highly recommend!

Keep getting bills from collection angency, when issuance is provided. This has happened more then once.
Greatest staff and customer service. This company goes the extra mile so fortunate to have them in town.
