Just wanted to let everyone know about Rotech in Temple Texas. My wife was in Seton hospital for the past few days. They sent her home with a portable Oxygen cylinder. They said to call Rotech to set up service. That will be another review. We got home and I noticed the gauge said refill. I call Rotech and explained to the wonderful women my situation. I can’t speak very well for the Temple Rotech office. Half the time my calls go to voicemail and are seldom returned. One time, I placed an order and never received it. I want to say, however, the opposite is true with their drivers. Both of the drivers I have dealt with have been wonderful. C. J. spent a good while at my home today, exchanging equipment for me. He went way over and beyond what was expected of him, explaining the new equipment to me, answering numerous questions, and even went out to my car in order to get a... read more
