We had a dire need for non-invasive ventilator and Rotech was the only company that came to our rescue. They delivered the equipment the very next day. Felicia came to set it up and she was extremely knowledgeable, skillful and helpful. She provided us with clear instructions and is very communicative. Thank you for all you do to help your patients in need.

If I could get zero stars, I would. This company knows nothing about good customer service or communication. I attempted to contact them numerous times with no return call to verify that they received my parents’ information for a wheelchair. They are traveling from out of town, so I wanted to make sure it was there. Our doctor’s office gave us the address and phone number. 6-20-25 So now we get yet another email today from this fine company that they are going to come get the equipment again because they haven't heard back from the doctor, so we contacted the doctor and they checked and double checked and haven't received anything from them at all. So now we have contacted Medicare and filed a complaint and they gave us the number of the Texas attorney generals office that handles this kinda thing to also file a complaint, plus Medicare told us that after 36 months the equipment is ours, so wh... read more
Update, after more time on the phone and with the insurance company and Medicare, apparently rotech decided to get the 6 month verification that she needs the oxygen from a doctor she hasn't seen in 6 years, seriously they have got it from the doctor she has now for the last few years not sure why they decided to verify through someone she hasn't seen in several years, so naturally they couldn't verify it.
