Cj one of the Techs came out and was a life saver! He assisted my Mom with her oxygen needs. He was patient, kind, clear at explaining how to use the equipment. He noticed that my equipment was making noise and told me what to do to get it fixed.
I want to thank Liz , Amani , Lydia and Jared for the quick turnaround for my husband’s equipment!!! Jared delivered his vent on the weekend!!! Lydia has been great with supplies and follow ups!!!
Brandon went the extra mile for us I felt..very polite and informative..
Everyone is very professional and at the same time personable. I had a great experience.
