Respiratory Therapist Lydia Galvan at Rotech Temple is outstanding. She was a whiz at diagnosing issues with my CPAP equipment and offered insightful recommendations and explanations. The whole experience at the Rotech office was pleasant and efficient, resulting in a very welcome upgrade to my CPAP setup at no cost to me.
Your local office is just awful. No one knows anything, no one answers the phone, it's useless. The corporate side - is great. But this local Temple phone number and operation should be shut down.

I went in to exchange a machine with a 0900am appointment. I showed up 15 minutes early and was taken care of by Feleshia Gielbunt who had seen me waiting in the lobby. She was very proffecient in identifying the problem and even took time to answer questions I had. She even went as far as to educate me on the machine's options. Her professionalism is beyond reproach. I am thankful for her and those that assisted me..
