I went in to exchange a machine with a 0900am appointment. I showed up 15 minutes early and was taken care of by Feleshia Gielbunt who had seen me waiting in the lobby. She was very proffecient in identifying the problem and even took time to answer questions I had. She even went as far as to educate me on the machine's options. Her professionalism is beyond reproach. I am thankful for her and those that assisted me..
We had a dire need for non-invasive ventilator and Rotech was the only company that came to our rescue. They delivered the equipment the very next day. Felicia came to set it up and she was extremely knowledgeable, skillful and helpful. She provided us with clear instructions and is very communicative. Thank you for all you do to help your patients in need.

If I could get zero stars, I would. This company knows nothing about good customer service or communication. I attempted to contact them numerous times with no return call to verify that they received my parents’ information for a wheelchair. They are traveling from out of town, so I wanted to make sure it was there. Our doctor’s office gave us the address and phone number.
