Willard, whose last name I don't know, was great! He spent the time to do a proper fitting.
Very nice staff.
The receptionist was very nice and understood my request. She was able to speak with someone and get me in. Jerald helped me figure out which full mask and with fitting a full face mask for my sleep machine. He told time to show how to adjust it and how to make it looser and tighter. He was very patient with me. Thank you Jerald.
I went in for a fitting, but I was not permitted to try on any masks, and I was told I can only switch masks one without cost. Why have a fitting without a fitting?
Went to Rotech today to exchange my moms empty tanks for new ones. Alara greeted us as soon as we walked in. She patiently went over our options of what they had available and helped us get what worked best for my mom's needs. I truly appreciate the professionalism she had. Can't find that everywhere nowadays. We can happily say everytime we've gone to rotech its been a good experience.
