Place sucks..called all day and couldn't get anyone on the phone..and it was urgent

They deserve no stars at all!! I have had nothing but trouble with them... Even when my Insurance lady called them wondering what the deal was! They still continue to bill me instead of sending it to my insurance and now they are threatening me with a lawsuit because they say I am keeping their equipment!! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!! They are the worst company I have ever dealt with!!! I will be on social media telling everyone I can not to deal with these people
I was told Rotech would come on a certain day to pick up oxygen tanks and an oxygen concentrator twice. Waited all day both times, no show, no call. I have oxygen tanks lying in my living room floor and have been there over the weekend. Come and get them!!!
