Josephine and Savannah are always so kind and helpful every time I come to pick up my Oxygen tanks. Rotech has been the best company to deal with for Oxygen and Bipap set up and supplies. I would recommend them over and over.
The local staff have been fantastic, great with fitting masks, friendly, etc. The corporate office is a mess. We have 3 people in my house on CPAPs. 1 uses someone else, and 2 of us were with Rotech. I get my supplies like clockwork. My son, they just stopped shipping his supplies and cannot tell me why despite at least 5 phone calls and one email to the address they request everyone reach out to.
