Juan, the regional manager here says that he might be able to write his employee up for coming on property without permission but not much more can be done unless I have video proof... Great service and the tech was very friendly. I have more confidence in Rotech more than I have ever before. Now I have someone local for any BPAP problems and supply problems.
I recently had a great experience with this company. The tech Gabe came to the hospital and showed us how to setup the tank we would be using to get hone. Once we got home I called for them to set up the compressor at the house. Gabe gave me a call and let me know when he was on the way ,when he arrived he was thorough in explaining how everything works he was courteous and respectful. Rotech is outdated. They can not communicate between their own offices with customer information. They can not handle same day exchanges on equipment. Very poor customer service, unwilling to care about the customers needs. Use a different company.
Extremely poor customer service. If you have a choice use a different provider.
