This place closes at 3:45! I can NEVER talk to anyone with an ounce of common sense or compassion.
Over charge's I contacted my insurance company they said the reason I was having to paying so much money is that rotec was over charging way over the amount they contacted with them the ins co. when they wouldn't pay the overage against the contract with the insurance co. They changed me & said that was also against the contract that rotec had with them SO THERE IN BREACH OF CONTRACT WITH INSURANCE COMPANY! not to mention if I go with my local hospital after a year the oxygen generator will be my property also my doctor gave... read more
Thank you so much to Theresa for letting me pick up my oxygen tanks and thank you to Jasmine, I believe her name was for also helping assisting me. They were very helpful and gave me the actual right oxygen tanks I needed to carry with me. They were about to close but allowed me to show up in 5 min before closing, they were amazing. —- On the other hand our tech that had to deliver when it was an emergency. 0/10. Besides that thank you so much for the help ladies!
