I am a MEDICAL DOCTOR..I can already tell this is a suspect company. They have sent me some crazy bills without any explanation of services. THEN..they sent me equipment that was the wrong size, and wrong type. I did not ask for this equipment nor did I sign up for "recurring purchases". Trying to get an RMA number was like pulling my own teeth out. So far they have ghosted my emails after the told me "You signed up for this so you have to pay for return shipping and a restocking fee, Do you want an RMA..please respond"...Um... read more

Very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. They were awesome!
So far I have had nothing but problems with this company. First, they gave terrible directions when I went for a fitting and to get a machine. Their directions caused me to be late for my appointment and I had to become very assertive to be seen due to their erroneous directions (I live over 160 miles from their office and rescheduling due to their awful directions is infuriating). I was tested for sleep apnea a few months ago in diagnosed in april. I have been waiting for the machine, calling Rotech bi-weekly, with no assist. Today the phone disconnected, I'm over it.
