This company bought medoville out who was great but this new company is terrible. I’ve been a consistent costumer since 2019 when I got my cpap. Never had any issues with medoville. New company comes in. I’ve called 5 times. 2 times to talk to someone to set up my account and update my payment. 3 times ti ask why my orders haven’t been shipped over the last 4 months.
