I did a sleep test with local office several weeks, never got the results. I called they have no record of it. Called local office, got hung up several times, then they pushed me to VM, where I could not leave a message- Nice! Clearly they have no customer service and no clue what they are doing, stay away.
A year later and nothing has changed. Great service, fast response, always patient and polite. I have called with questions and was always greeted friendly and staff took time with their answers. Extremely pleased and appreciate the help. I have and will use them again. Great job!!
They was great at first. Their billing practices are the worst. They have to many departments you have to deal with. They have been billing my insurance for over 6 months after returning their equipment.
It's really hard to review Rotech, because the local people seem to care and have been friendly. But unfortunately, you have to do everything through corporate and they are TERRIBLE. Do NOT pay the bill when you get it: they will send it to you first, THEN send it to your insurance. They are east coast and usually send out texts and emails right when they are closing so you cannot get ahold of anyone if you reply. Rotech billed me more a machine I never received. I paid an additional $81.00 for a machine I didn't have, a home oxygen concentrator. I went to a local contact and asked for assistance, but they could not help. I emailed to explain my circumstances and asked them to cancel the subscription. Thier response was to issue an invoice for the home oxygen machine. Total disregard of my request to cancel my subscription. Very unprofessional companies don't do business with them
