They was great at first. Their billing practices are the worst. They have to many departments you have to deal with. They have been billing my insurance for over 6 months after returning their equipment.
It's really hard to review Rotech, because the local people seem to care and have been friendly. But unfortunately, you have to do everything through corporate and they are TERRIBLE. Do NOT pay the bill when you get it: they will send it to you first, THEN send it to your insurance. They are east coast and usually send out texts and emails right when they are closing so you cannot get ahold of anyone if you reply. Rotech billed me more a machine I never received. I paid an additional $81.00 for a machine I didn't have, a home oxygen concentrator. I went to a local contact and asked for assistance, but they could not help. I emailed to explain my circumstances and asked them to cancel the subscription. Thier response was to issue an invoice for the home oxygen machine. Total disregard of my request to cancel my subscription. Very unprofessional companies don't do business with them
My wife has been out of the hospital for 60 days and the experience with rotech has been an absolute nightmare they won't communicate with you you get sent to a number in Arizona and nobody ever calls you had to go get portable o2 myself. back it's kind of an important deal it's a life-saving device you know oxygen how we stay alive I blame management everything starts from the top absolute horrible company.
