Very nasty people. They are either unqualified or drunk. Can not use a computer. Make up excuses for their faults. Can not get supplies on time. Always behind on schedule. Communication with my Doctor is insufficient. Even my Doctor can't figure out what is the problem with getting my prescriptions for my supplies, when their office has repeatedly sent faxes to Rotech with no reply. I found them to be unprofessional and when you speak to the office staff the attitude was Curt and nasty.. Finally we had enough and told them to come and get their equipment and we would use another company.. Which we did. However, they did not come get the it.. We had to take it back ourselves. When we got to the office I asked the person in the office to help carry everything in.. She said no. So we unloaded it and to it inside.
