Hospital ordered a wheel chair and transition board before being discharged from hospital. No wheelchair when he got home wasn't til the next day and a week later still no transition board.
I had surgery on 12/10/24 and the Dr wrote orders for me to discharge with a wound vac. The Case Manager at Novant ordered a Rotech wound vac in error, should have been KCI equipment. The Rotech equipment was never used and the Case Manager was to return it. Now Rotech says they never received it and have charged me 321.91 and Rotech has filed several erroneous claims with my insurance company, UHC.
