Had a bad situation. They did not tell us we only had 1month to return the item they need to tell us that before they send bill. Poor service I would not recommend using them again they were not helpful at all
Cameron did a great job explaining how my new CPAP machine would work and answered any questions I had.
This business is first class! I’m here from out of state and my portable oxygen tank was malfunctioning. Called in and the lady answering was very nice and told me to come in when I could. Came in the next day and the gentleman that took care of me was very kind and decided to swap it out for a new one. They were great and relieved tons of stress from me. Highly recommend Rotech in Wilmington, North Carolina
