We moved to Bozeman in the fall of 2021 and had to find a new Oxygen provider. We chose Rotech and are very glad we did. Due to staff shortages, most of 2021 and 2022 there has only been one person on staff to care for patients in a very large service area. And much of that time, Susan came over from Billings to keep the office going. She was tasked with new Oxygen set ups as well as supply delivery. A family member uses this place. Sad to say recieves terrible service. Weeks to months go by with no response for service. The equipment is always breaking down. Extremely frustrating and scary when it comes to needed oxygen for everyday living, with the lack of service..
