⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a wonderful experience with TJ at Rotech in Bryan, TX. He was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. He even dressed up for Christmas, which absolutely made my day and brought a smile to my face. TJ went above and beyond to make me feel special, cared for, and truly valued—not just as a customer, but as a person. Experiences like this are rare, and I’m so grateful for his compassion and positivity. Thank you, TJ, for making my visit so meaningful!
I went to Rotech after trying for 3 months to get my CPAP, i tried using two other medical supply companies. My calls weren’t answered, appointments were double booked and the front office person was extremely rude. Unlike the other 2 companies, Rotech returned my calls promptly and within 1 1/2 weeks I had my new CPAP. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. I will definitely refer them to my friends!
The man that delivered my oxygen equipment was very knowledgeable. He was courteous and polite. Every piece of the equipment was explained to me.
