It’s getting worse every day I tried to remain calm and positive but it’s just getting worse I have been promised a delivery three days straight and I haven’t received anything yet no oxygen tank in the size I mainly use, last year I could tell something had changed because they kept changing customers service people and now they’re just gone to the dogs. What company tells you that the product is going to be delivered every day for 3 days and then you still don’t have it. It’s terrible
I had a wonderful experience with technician Nate. He was very respectful to my mother. He had so much patience with us and is a wonderful teacher. He made sure we were 100% comfortable with our O2 set up and put my fears at ease. He literally helped by guiding my hands because I could not get it. Thanks Nate for helping up during this massive change in our lives.
I just want to put this out here for everyone to see . ROTECH has changed. They are the BEST!!!!! I also want to mention. JONAH!!!! He is a great tech. He took great care of all my medical needs. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🌟🌟🌟Way To Go JONAH!!!! Go Rotech Go!!!! Great Job!!!
What a wonderful experience we had. At the last minute they were able to maneuver things around to have a bed delivered for my mom. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend.
