Now trying to talk to someone is the worst thing Customer service sucks No English speaking poeple Hung up phone on my husband 4 times When you pre order 15 tanks, to be delivered and the driver gave them to other people on his route. Now he will not be able to go to the 2 doctors he has appointments for Thursday or Dyalsis on Friday. I don’t know how any one can relay on this company for anything. This company has been great to us. The High Point location has new management and a whole new staff in the front office. We have been using them for our oxygen needs for a while and have been through the highs and lows. This new staff is turning things around. I would recommend to anybody.
Had to hold on the phone for a little while but customer service was great. It seems that nobody writes any positive reviews, only the negative. I have had no issues at all.
How is this company even in business I have NO IDEA. We have been waiting patiently for a hospital bed to be picked up. Not only have they not come to get it, we can't talk to any one on the phone b/c no one answers the phone. IF we happen to get lucky and talk to a human, all they do is transfer us to a number that NO ONE answers. Terrible customer service!
Called on 9/12/25 was on hold for 45 minutes no one ever answered. Hung up called again went to payment someone finally picked up told them I needed oxygen hose's. Was told they would have them shipped out it's 10/3 still nothing has been delivered. Have called several times last week left callback number. Haven't been called yet. Terrible way to run a company.
