Not good customer service. Messed up my first order.
I cannot get through to the front desk. I am constantly being billed for oxygen that I am not using. I cannot get through to anyone to schedule a pickup. I would give less stars if I could.
If I could give less than one star I would. I hope this is a franchise and not a reflection of the company as a whole. Customer service is less than zero!! My wife came home with oxygen and the machine malfunctioned, we had to return to hospital for something else but it was 2 days before they brought the replacement. They will not answer the phone or return voicemail.
I wish I could give a zero!! Absolutely horrible customer service, made 6 phone calls to get my mom her oxygen when she got out of the hospital. When it was finally brought to her, my mom asked the guy that brought it if it came from someone that smoked house. Of course he said no, my sister cleaned the filter which was black and nasty, cleaned the machine several times. Can't get in touch with anyone to replace the machine.
Worst medical supply company I have ever dealt with, They mess up every order my doctor sends and God forbid you change insurance companies. You can send them your new insurance info multiple times they still don’t get. They called me almost weekly for 9 months threatening to pick up my breathing equipment, I had to threaten to sue them before they got my account straightened out. This company is horrible to deal with.
