So far the service has been great. We met George at the hospital and he was very patient with my mother who was receiving oxygen for the first time. Austin brought her oxygen to the house quickly and was very informative and friendy.
WORST COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Fraudulent billing! Deliveries after midnight! The guy who picked up the equipment after my husband was cleared from needing oxygen threatened our dog that was in a back bedroom with the door shut! AWFUL! DO NOT USE!!
I had to give them a star to post. I am now going through Easter weekend without my oxygen. I have called since this past Wednesday. I get the same response, it will be delivered today. Now it's Friday and they are closed for the Holiday week. Now they enjoy the weekend without helping people that need it. I was on the phone for 3 hours and got hung up on 5 times. Horrible experience with this office. 4 days trying to get DME equipment for my uncle to constantly be given the runaround. It's sad that people cannot get service they are trying to pay for because you verify orders then lose them and deny they were ever sent. DO NOT RECOMMEND you waste time, go to a responsive and reliable company.
Absolute WORST customer service I've ever dealt with in a company. They never return calls or emails and try to blame the customers for their issues with their equipment then end up trying to squeeze money out of you by saying you are out of compliance for a device you told them is malfunctioning. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS they refuse to address problems and have lied to me on 5 different occasions about simply handling the situation or even returning a call.
