Useless. Payment portal is very clunky, works as well as a dead carrier pigeon, responses are slow, luckily their reps are nice. They bought out my previous medical supplier and since then it's been downhill. It went bad the moment they took over sadly it took this long for my patience to run dry. Would give lower than 0 but google only allows 1 as the lowest.
Bridgette was great and I left feeling comfortable with my mask. She’s very knowledgeable and helpful. I just wish they have weekend hours. I’m sure it would be beneficial to a lot of people.
Tutorial was very informative and overwhelming. All my questions were answered. Just got home, getting acquainted with machine.
Not the best company. They do not follow up on whats missing with the prescription. On top of that on my first and second call they claimed they have not received the prescription on my third call they finally admitted they received the prescription a week before my first call. The receptionists are lacking professionalism not polite.It has been two weeks I have not gotten my CPAP they new what they need from the doctor but made no effort to get in touch with my doctor.
