Bridget provided me excellent service and very valuable information.
Got my first introduction to a CPA machine at Rotech with Jason and Bridgett . They were excellent ! I understood how the machine works and feel very confident.
Customer Service rep put me immediately on hold and transferred me 4 times back into the queue and then hung up on me. I hope leadership monitor their calls to see why there are so many complaints and bad reviews. Customer Service it's worst!!!
The folks at the Glen Burnie, MD office offer exceptionally VERY HIGH QUALITY customer service. They listen and respond to questions about the equipment and its use in plain English - uncluttered with scientific jargon which most non-technically oriented people - like me - cannot understand.
