My Mother recently passed away, she was a long time customer even before it was Rotech. She had only great things to say about the service she received. She really bonded with one of the Technicians I believe her name was Jeanet. She was so sweet and helpful every time she arrived. She would help my mother change out the tubings and help with cleaning up the Oxygen machine since my mom really couldn’t do it herself. My family & I just wanted to give a huge Thank you!! Companies need more people like this young lady!!
