Its crazy, every time i want to pay my bill on time, there is "trouble with my login" or "the website cant process my information". Yet the website works perfectly fine when i have a late fee and they require me to pay it. Im done playing these games with you clowns and you wont get a cent from me ever again. Buy your supplies from online through other 3rd parties folks. This company is scam and a joke.
My experience has been terrible I’m not understanding why it’s takes more than 5days for them to authorize my equipment for it to be sent out??? Now because of have slow and just stagnant the company is being I’ve been denied my med card for this… and now I’m still waiting for someone to send the paper work to my insurance so I can get my med card back smh
I just got off the phone with your company who refuses to send me my supply for the last two months over a $16 balance. They rather have me die in my sleep instead of adding the new balance to my bill! Great company!! Do not use!!
Terrible customer service, My mother passed away and I called for them to get the bed last week, they stated someone from the warehouse would call me for a pick up time, never received a call, called back 3 times met with an attitude, told me the bed would be picked up today and wait for a call, took a day off from work, no word from the driver at 3 o'clock, I call back again and receive an attitude from the operator when asking basic questions about a possible window.
