Rachel Jacobs is exceptionally customer focused and always helps us out with whatever oxygen needs we have in a quick and efficient manner. She has gone above and beyond for our 11year old son who need O2 24/7 and has been a pleasure to work with.
I had My Oxygen equipment setup this past week & the technician Jeanet was Amazing. She was so knowledgeable about the equipment & she made sure that me and my partner understood how to use it on a regular basis. We felt so comfortable going forward on our own. We definitely recommend Jeanet & Rotech Healthcare.
Pam has been with us forever and she’s excellent at making sure the equipments are functioning properly and the filters are replaced and available. Pam checks my kid’s respirations at every visit which is reassuring when family members also have to be caregivers.
It is such a relief to see Jeanet, she is always SO pleasant and helpful whenever SHE comes to my home. Rotech should be so lucky to have such a great, caring, helpful employee. If I could only request her that would be GREAT!!
Very helpful
