For example: -It costs $1151.26 to buy the equipment without insurance. -They charge the insurance company $2360.54 instead. -Insurance covers $1209.28. -It still costs $1151.26 and they have made $2360.54 instead of just taking your $1151.26.

Friendly staff for the most part. However I had to repeatedly reach out to them as to why I had received no response after doing what I was instructed to do. The first time I got an explanation. I waa told they accidentally wrote the wrong number. The next two times I was just asked the same questions again, no explanation. It seems as though they didn't want my business but again friendly staff.
Very pleasant experience with Sam and Ryan. They were very helpful and made sure we were completely satisfied with our wheelchair. Not only that but they were also very engaged in the whole experience. Would absolutely recommend this company!!
