Peggy is the best at the Alex City location. So patient and kind. I cannot think of the other ladies names but they are all wonderful and the best
Crooked. They will file twice as much as it costs to buy it without insurance coverage and leaving you paying the same price while they make twice the profit. If you are buying a CPAP beware of the hidden fees on the humidifier. For example: -It costs $1151.26 to buy the equipment without insurance. -They charge the insurance company $2360.54 instead. -Insurance covers $1209.28. -It still costs $1151.26 and they have made $2360.54 instead of just taking your $1151.26.

Friendly staff for the most part. However I had to repeatedly reach out to them as to why I had received no response after doing what I was instructed to do. The first time I got an explanation. I waa told they accidentally wrote the wrong number. The next two times I was just asked the same questions again, no explanation. It seems as though they didn't want my business but again friendly staff.
