Last night at 8:00 my concentrator broke down and I had no oxygen tanks and had not heard from road tech in over 6 weeks I called last night to get after hours to come and give me a new concentrator or some tank so that I could breathe they would refuse to help and come they refuse to service me they said I had a lack of paperwork and that they could not help me and I had to reapply for a services well yet they were here within a half hour today to pick up the equipment once I switch to a different oxygen company called Aero... read more
What is wrong with you people and the customer service? My wife cant get new supplies for her cpap macine that she NEEDS. She has NOT gotten new supplies since she got her machine. So if the cpap machine falters and breaks then it is YOUR FAULT. What kind of outfit you running over there?
Terrible customer service. Terrible billing. Terrible experience getting new CPAP machine for my husband in late 2023. Customer Service reps do not understand English so I tried an online chat and it was almost as bad. They can't fix billing issues because they don't understand the way we talk in the US. We are transferring our business elsewhere.
Have always been super helpful.
Shady operations, misleads customers. Absolutely not the only oxygen provider for Humana…
