Terrible customer service. Terrible billing. Terrible experience getting new CPAP machine for my husband in late 2023. Customer Service reps do not understand English so I tried an online chat and it was almost as bad. They can't fix billing issues because they don't understand the way we talk in the US. We are transferring our business elsewhere.

I love this place...I go on vacation to a island in the summers...and I go south in the winters ..This place has the most wonderful people to work with me and my crazy schedule...They have provided me with the finest of care and I wouldn't change a thing ... 5 stars from a person that is a pain to tract down....They always keeps me well supplied with the things I need
