If I could give this place zero stars I would. My primary care doctor ordered an overnight oximetry test through Rotech in Storm Lake. It didn’t take them long to call me and send me the oximeter. BUT trying to get the results from them has been a nightmare. I called multiple times to talk to someone about it, no answer, I would leave a message. No call back. Horrible customer service. They never return phone calls or any follow thru. You can be making monthly payments and they will still send account to collections.
