Horrible customer service. They never return phone calls or any follow thru. You can be making monthly payments and they will still send account to collections.

The person who assisted us, Cortnie, took her time and was very patient. She made sure that my husband understood what he needed to do to set up his CPAP. When he had to follow up with questions and change of mask, she was again pleasant and helpful. We couldn't be more pleased with how we were treated.
