The employees here at the Rotech in Wheatland, WY are beyond a Class Act. 1st, the office ladies show longevity by te years (some decades) they have had the lings of our community. They are very kind, have stellar sense of humors, they go way above & beyond for their patients, they just make you feel like family when you talk on the phone, in office or home visits. I had an amazing experience with Rotech In Wheatland,WY. Debbie, Kim, and Val educated me very well on why I need oxygen and how to use it. They delivered it right away, and the delivery guy Joe did a great job setting everything up and educating me. While I was filling out paperwork for my oxygen they made me feel so much better about my health, and Val educated me on the benefits of wearing the oxygen I’ll most likely feel better.
